Efficiency = 6000 watts ÷ 13000 watts = 0.46 or 46%

This means that the geothermal power plant has an efficiency of 46%, indicating that 46% of the heat from water is converted into useful power output. It also implies that 54% of the heat is wasted during the process.

It is important to note that no machine or system can achieve 100% efficiency, as some amount of energy is always lost as waste. By improving the efficiency of geothermal power plants, we can enhance their energy production and reduce overall wastage.
